Jackie was very knowledgeable with her training techniques and knew how to read both me and my dog to see what method works for us. We went it with a leash pulling issue - from my 70lb pit bull, Zeus. We tried everything - all the "no pull" collars, harnesses, and leashes with no success. With the proper guidance from Jackie and making sure I did my homework and worked with Zeus each night, by the end of the 6 week class I was able to walk him calmly, with authority, and with only a neck collar. I couldn't have done it without the help, training and involvement from Jackie at PetCo. I now have the tools to continue my training with Zeus as I see fit. Thank you again Jackie! -- ​Sandra R.
